You may find you are rewarded with a renewed vigor in your faith that will have a positive impact in your relationship with Christ, with our church, and with our community. Jesus chose to get away from the crowds and spend time with the Father. There are numerous reasons for you NOT to attend this retreat: plans, errands, events, responsibilities, your husband & kids, job, friends, etc. All of which we know need your very valuable time and energy! But we hope you choose to take some time to “get away”. Our hope this year more than any other is that you would begin to develop friendships with other ladies you have yet to meet or really get to know.

This should also be a time for you to go deeper with the other women at HBC. This retreat is time for you to relax, be spiritually uplifted, to feel revived, renewed, and refreshed in your faith. We want all ladies to feel comfortable attending and want to give you the freedom to spread out, wear a mask, whatever you wish.Īll ladies of HBC, ages 18 and older are invited to attend. We will meet from 6:00 to about 10:00pm on Friday night and then 9:00 am to about 3:00 pm on Saturday. We hope you will join us for HBC’s Annual Women’s Retreat! Each group fits 8 ladies this will allow our groups to grow together, have good fellowship time, and provide time for discipleship & encouragement.Įach study will be led by a lady who is a member of HBC, who enjoys teaching, and is excited for this opportunity to help lead our women closer to God and each other. We will have 7 small groups meeting on different nights and in different homes. We are excited to bring back our Summer Bible Studies like we did last year.
